DIY: No- Sew Pillow

Today I have a SUPER EASY DIY Project to share! This entire process cost me $1.75 and took me less than 10 minutes- craft project perfection in my world.

All you need are a pillow, pretty fabric, and hot glue. I used a pillow I already had lying around and some fabric I picked up at Jo-Ann's Clearance section. (For a standard sized couch pillow like mine, I used half a yard of fabric).

Place pillow down on the opposite side of fabric that you want showing.

Proceed to wrap your pillow like a present... without the tape of course :)

Once all wrapped up and looking purty- fold about a half inch of the last flap and glue down. Then glue your new seam to the other flap of fabric. You can either leave it at this (it will stay) or also glue around the corners. for a more snug fit.
I love how my new pillow looks. And since I easily get bored and like to change things around, this no- sew project was the perfect way to change up our family room on the cheap. Let me know if you have any questions

  2. This looks like something I could handle! My mom actually needs to change up some pillows on her bed and I think we may just try this.

  6. how did you know what sizes to use for your pillow? for example, did you use an extra 8 inches on top and 4 inches on the side or how did you do it?
